You may want to consider these points before accepting the
position:
-
Do
you feel comfortable with the surroundings?
-
Did
you like the people you met?
-
Will
you learn something new?
-
Would
you enjoy working for your new boss?
-
Can
you learn from him or her?
-
Is
there room to grow?
-
Are
you excited about the position and challenges of the new job?
-
Are
you happy with the salary, benefits and working hours?
If
you are having a difficult time making a decision, consider making a
list of pros and cons. Then
weigh them according to their importance to you.
